Replacement and Refund Policy

We want you to love your yoyos from Toybania. If you experience any problems, here’s how our simple and fair replacement and refund process works:

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Products should be unused, in resalable condition, and returned with original packaging.
  • If your item arrived damaged or defective, please report it within 48 hours for special assistance.

Non-Returnable Items

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on yoyos that show signs of use or wear.

How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Contact our friendly customer support team through the Contact Us page with your order details and issue description.
  2. We will provide you with clear instructions and a return authorization if your request qualifies.
  3. Ship the item back securely per our instructions.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Replacement Process

Approved replacements for damaged or defective yoyos will be shipped once we receive the original product or appropriate evidence, ensuring you get your perfect yoyo promptly.
